This service restores the DWR treatment, renewing the water-repellent protection of your jacket’s outer layer. The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating forms a thin protective film that repels water and prevents it from soaking into the fabric. Note: If your jacket has lost its waterproofing, reactivating the DWR treatment alone will not fully restore its waterproof properties.
Location of the issue: Clearly indicate where the problem is located by referring to the position on the garment as if you were wearing it. For example: “The hole is on the back of the right arm, near the elbow.”
Photo upload: Add a photo to help manage your order, especially if you have several items to repair. This helps Green Wolf better understand the extent of the necessary repairs.
Repair aesthetics: If Green Wolf cannot replace closure elements with identical parts, we offer the option to replace similar components to maintain visual consistency For example, you may choose to replace all snaps, pocket zippers, or visible velcro so that they match the new material (additional charges may apply).
Cleaning: To ensure optimal repairs and out of respect for our seamstresses, please send us clean garments. This helps eliminate odors, sweat, and mud, allowing for more effective repairs. Thank you for your understanding.
